All care has been taken to describe items for sale on this website as detailed and accurate as possible. Costumes, however, are handmade and do have imperfections, and pre-loved items typically do show some wear and tear. I cannot guarantee that an item is without imperfections.

Please select items carefully. I cannot offer refunds, credits or exchanges if the products you purchased do not match your requirements or you have changed your mind. If you are unsure of anything, please contact me before making your purchase.

Prices for products are subject to change without notice.

PAYMENTS

I use PCI compliant third-party services for payment processing and do not store your payment card details. That information is provided directly to the third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.

Postage will be with Australia Post Satchels. Items will be posted the next business day after funds have been cleared in my account with the postage method chosen at checkout.

A signature may be required on receipt. You may have the option to contact Australia Post to request Authority to Leave during the delivery process. By giving your authority to leave your order unattended, you understand this is done at your own risk and I, nor the shipping company, will be responsible for lost or damaged parcels should the parcel be left at a location determined safe by the courier driver.
